    Estate Venison & Outdoor Bred Pork Chipolata: Raw fresh pork, venison and cranberry sausage filled in natural sheep casing. Made from British, Free Range Pork and Estate Venison. Our deer roam freely and graze on lush green grass just as they would in the wild. The end result is an intensely flavourful meat which is indulgent and rich, paired perfectly with sharp and tart cranberries.

    Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven. Evenly space chipolatas on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25 minutes, turn halfway through cooking. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)

    Our sausages are perfect for refrigerating for up to 7 days or freezing for a later date.

    Nationwide deliveries are made every Friday but be sure to get order in before Wednesday for same week delivery.
